Return Policy

At Duke City Distributors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items, consumables (such as Kratom or CBD), or perishable goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and your order number so we can quickly resolve the issue.
  • Replacement items or store credit will be issued as appropriate.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at hi@motagurus.com or (505)-288-9953 to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
